There are two ways to register for a CAROLINA XC event: online pre-registration and onsite post-registration. 

If you don’t have time to sign-up in advance, you can register at the event. Here are the steps you will have to follow once you are at the event:

STEP 1: ENTRY FORM / MINOR RELEASE

Entry Form

• • All riders must complete an Entry Form IF the rider did not do online pre-entry.

  • Complete all fields legibly.​

Minor Release

• • All minors under 18 years of age must have a parent with them.

  • A Minor Release must be completed by the parent and the minor rider (completed at sign-up).

Pre-entered riders without valid AMA Membership proceed to Step 2.

Pre-entered riders without a Transponder proceed to Step 2.

Pre-entered riders with a valid Transponder proceed to Step 3.​​​

STEP 2: TRANSPONDERS

Transponders are required for all competitors.

Transponders are available for purchase ($20) with cash or a credit card.

Once you receive your transponder, proceed to Step 3.

Pre-entered riders proceed to Step 4.

STEP 3: REGISTRATION 

Here you will:

• • Sign the release

  • Turn in a Minor Release, if applicable

  • Receive your race number assignment

  • Check your transponder (done at each round)

  • Receive your helmet stickers

  • Pay for your class AND membership (full membership or one day)

STEP 4: FAST TRACK – PRE-ENTRY ONLY

Here you will:

• • Sign the release

  • Turn in a Minor Release, if applicable

  • Receive your race number assignment

  • Pay for your one day or full membership (if you did not already purchase online)

  • Check your transponder (done at each round) OR purchase a transponder ($20)

  • Receive your helmet stickers
